Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE)
Overview
Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) provide citywide intervention, screening, and early childhood special education services to families with children ages birth to kindergarten who are at risk of having a developmental delay or have been identified with a developmental delay or disability. Services are based on the child's needs and are provided in a variety of environments.
