Each of these sessions engages between 45-60 students from various schools. We also had many students come out to the general community meetings and hosted focus groups and interviews with students at those sessions. All feedback will be incorporated into a final report.

Additional Engagement

- MPS leaders presented budget information to the District Parent Advisory Council on March 2, in order to provide Parent Advisory Council leaders (PACs) with their annual budget update.
- MPS continues to utilize feedback received from parents to inform decision making including the Caregiver Priorities Survey from 2024-25, EDIA reports, the Student Climate Student Survey and other feedback tools.
- Finally, schools and certain departments conducted engagement in a variety of ways, which are detailed on this report.
