Overview

Custodial Operations provide a clean, healthy, safe, and attractive environment for students, staff and visitors alike, and this unit represents a portion of the district's custodial team. Custodial Operations ensures efficient management, cleaning and preventative maintenance of district facility assets and the surrounding grounds. They also provide operations of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, waste management and pest control. They seek to reduce the District’s carbon footprint by using green cleaning products for general daily cleaning. Custodians are often the first point of contract for site-based staff when repairs are needed.
