Overview

Districts are required under federal law to remove barriers to the identification, enrollment, attendance, and success in school of students experiencing homelessness. The HHM Department ensures that students experiencing temporary or transitional living situations have educational stability. The department works to remove barriers to school stability, attendance and full participation in school.
