The Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Team exists to support mentoring services in a collaborative effort of the Minneapolis Federation of Educators and Minneapolis Public Schools. Our services strengthen professional practice by developing reflective, effective urban educators; we support the art and science of teaching through research-based best practices.
