It also monitors contract performance, ensures compliance with terms, and mitigates risk through documentation and internal controls. By leveraging cooperative purchasing programs, strategic sourcing, and informed decision making, the department works to ensure compliant and ethical procurement that advances the district's mission and serves students, staff, and the community.
