Overview
Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) is an academic support program delivered during the school day to prepare students, with a focus on those from historically underrepresented backgrounds, for college and career success. AVID builds students’ academic skills, organizational habits, and confidence to succeed in rigorous coursework and postsecondary pathways. This department is committed to providing the necessary supports while expanding schoolwide AVID implementation to extend its impact and reach more students,
