Environmental Health Safety
Overview
The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) department works to promote a safe and healthy work and learning environment for staff, students and all those who enter our buildings. This is accomplished through on-site inspections and assessments, communication and training, and management of many different health and safety related plans and programs.This team also works to ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental health and safety regulations (Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA/MNOSHA), Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), City of Minneapolis, etc.).
