Contract Alternatives

Overview

The Contract Alternatives department provides accountability and support to Contract Alternative Schools. The purpose of Contract Alternative Schools are to provide educational services on behalf of students who are eligible to receive educational services in an alternative setting under the authority of Minn.Stat. § 124D.68. This agreement with MPS also includes providing educational options for students who have been expelled or excluded from District schools.
